These terms govern your access to and use of Sooddy at Sooddy.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Acceptance of terms

By registering for an account, topping up your wallet, or otherwise using Sooddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Sooddy converts text you submit into synthesized speech audio ("generations") using AI voice models, and lets you stream, download and manage your generation history.
We may add, change or remove voices, languages, features or pricing at any time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Sooddy uses a prepaid wallet billed in real US dollars — there are no subscriptions and no expiring credits, and you pay only for the characters you convert.
Deposits are processed by our third-party payment partners (PayPal, Paddle, NOWPayments, Polar); by depositing funds you also agree to their applicable terms.
Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy — in short, a deposit can only be refunded before it has been used to generate any speech.

You may not use Sooddy to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes another person's rights.
You may not impersonate a real person without clear disclosure, or use generated audio to deceive, defraud or mislead others.
You may not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, overload or circumvent rate limits or security controls of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund of any balance tied to the violation.

You retain ownership of the text you submit and the resulting audio you generate, and may use it for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
The Sooddy platform, voice models, branding and underlying technology remain our property and may not be copied, resold or redistributed as a competing service.

We aim to keep Sooddy available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Sooddy and request account deletion at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the service.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
