Using the service.

These terms govern your use of sooddy.com, including file hosting, sharing, downloads, premium features, and earnings. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sooddy. You must have the legal capacity and any permission required to use the service and receive payments where you live.

The Privacy Policy explains our information practices. The DMCA Policy explains copyright reporting and counter-notices.

Your account and your files.

Keep account and payout details accurate, protect your login credentials, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account and the content you upload or share.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Sooddy the limited permission needed to store, process, and deliver it through the service according to your sharing settings. Only upload material you own or are authorized to host and distribute. Permission to access a file elsewhere does not necessarily give you permission to redistribute or earn from it.

Share responsibly.

• Do not distribute unlawful content, copyright-infringing material, malware, phishing pages, or files intended to harm people or systems.
• Do not upload child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, or another person’s private information without lawful authority.
• Do not use Sooddy for spam, deceptive links, harassment, or interference with other users.
• Do not bypass access controls, upload limits, download verification, payment checks, or other security protections.
• Do not use bots, scripts, artificial traffic, traffic exchanges, or coordinated repeat downloads to manufacture earnings.

How download earnings qualify.

Earnings are available for eligible downloads associated with your account when the program is enabled. A file upload, link view, or raw download count is not a promise of payment. The current Payout Rates are stated per 1,000 eligible downloads; a qualifying download earns the applicable country rate divided by 1,000.

Credits are subject to the current per-IP limit across the service over a rolling 24-hour period, plus security and traffic checks. Self-downloads, repeated traffic above the limit, blocked referrals, invalid or non-public IP addresses, and traffic that fails enabled proxy/VPN checks do not qualify. Downloads may continue without an earning when a security check cannot be completed.

Rates and program settings may change. The rate applied to a qualifying event is recorded when it is credited; future earnings are not guaranteed. If referral earnings are enabled, qualifying referred-user activity is subject to the program settings and the same validity checks. No particular income level is promised.

Balances and withdrawals.

You can request a withdrawal through your account when your available balance meets the selected method’s minimum and you have supplied the required payout details. Available methods and minimums are shown in the account interface. A submitted request is not the same as a completed payment; check its status in your withdrawal history.

Requests may be reviewed for eligibility, security, or account issues. Payment-provider restrictions and applicable legal requirements may affect a payment. We do not promise instant payouts. You are responsible for providing correct destination details and for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to your earnings. Contact support if you believe a credit or withdrawal is incorrect.

Plans, limits, and file retention.

Maximum file size, storage allowances, download features, and file expiry depend on your plan and current service settings. Review the uploader, your subscription details, and the Premium page for the limits that apply. Paid purchases are subject to the price, billing terms, and any renewal or refund information presented at checkout, together with mandatory consumer rights.

Sooddy is not a guaranteed permanent archive or backup service. Files may expire under applicable retention settings or be deleted by you or removed for security, policy, or legal reasons. Keep independent backups of anything important.

Abuse, restrictions, and copyright.

We may remove or disable files, restrict access, or suspend or terminate an account to address violations, fraud, security threats, or legal obligations. Invalid activity is not eligible for earnings. We apply a policy of terminating repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Use the file-report option or contact support to report abuse or ask for a review of an account issue. Copyright owners and affected uploaders should follow the notice and counter-notice process in our DMCA Policy.

Availability and responsibility.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent file retention, or earnings from every download.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sooddy and its operators are not responsible for loss of files, service interruptions, lost anticipated earnings, or harm caused by third-party content or use of shared links. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law, updates, and contact.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will still be required. For questions about these terms, contact support@sooddy.com.
