Refund Policy

Sooddy bills in real US dollars through a prepaid wallet. This policy explains exactly when a deposit to Sooddy.com can and cannot be refunded.

Refunds are only available for wallet deposits that have not yet been used to generate any speech. As soon as any text has been converted to audio using a deposit, that deposit becomes non-refundable — even if only a small part of it was used.

Overview

  • You top up your Sooddy wallet in real US dollars and are charged only for the characters you actually convert to speech — there are no subscriptions and no expiring credits.
  • Because generating speech consumes your balance and the underlying AI processing immediately, refunds are only possible before any generation has taken place.

When you are eligible for a refund

  • Your deposit is eligible for a refund only if you have not used any part of that balance to generate text-to-speech audio yet.
  • If you have topped up but not generated anything at all, contact us and we will refund the full deposit.

When a refund is not available

  • Once any text has been converted to speech using your balance, that deposit is final and non-refundable — including the unused remainder of the same deposit.
  • Deposits made via cryptocurrency (NOWPayments) are refunded at our discretion only, since blockchain transactions cannot be reversed; where possible we will refund in wallet credit or via another payment method instead.
  • Balances forfeited due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions are not refundable.

  • Before adding funds, use the free live demo on our homepage to generate a sample with any voice and language — no account or payment required.
  • We strongly recommend listening to a demo generation to confirm the voice quality and output meet your expectations before you top up your wallet.

How to request a refund

  • Email contact@Sooddy.com from your registered account email with your account email address and the deposit date/amount.
  • We will check that no generation has been made against that deposit and confirm eligibility within a few business days.

Processing time

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
